Standard shipping is 1-3 business days. 

SALE orders ship out in the order in which they are received due to the high volume of SALE orders, PLEASE ALLOW

5-7 BUSINESS DAYS ON ALL SALE ORDERS to process and ship. If a product ordered is on backorder you will be will notified via email.  Holidays do not count as a business day. All orders placed after 5pm EST will start processing on the following business day.

When Do I Receive Tracking Information? 

Tracking information is emailed to the email address on your order form on the day that your order ships out, you will NOT receive a tracking number as soon as your order is placed.

UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES, INCORRECT ADDRESSES, AND REFUSED DELIVERIES

All orders are shipped with USPS.

We ship all packages over $100 with [SIGNATURE CONFIRMATION]. Meaning, someone must be there to sign for the package. USPS will usually make several attempts to deliver your package. They may also leave a notice of their attempts to deliver at the delivery address and give you a telephone number to call for pick-up or to arrange an alternate delivery. It is the customer’s responsibility to arrange for package pick-up,if necessary. No refunds will be issued for refused or abandoned shipments.

Incomplete or incorrect address information is the major cause of shipment delays. Please check the address information on your order. Make sure you have included ALL the information (address, apt#, etc.) needed to deliver your package.

Due to the nature of the item and for sanitary purposes ALL SALES ARE FINAL. We Do Not have a Return or Exchange Policy unless there is a mistake on our behalf, we will make the changes to correct it immediately.  NO REFUNDS/NO EXCHANGES/NO CANCELLATIONS

How Do I Apply False Eyelashes?

Hold the lash strips up against your eyelid, and trim them down on the sides to ensure that it is not too wide for your eye. Apply the lash glue to the outer seam of the eyelash strip with a small brush or applicator. Allow the glue to dry for 10-15 seconds before applying it to your lashes. Place the strip on your eyelid, positioning it as close as possible to your natural lashes. You may apply eyeliner on your eyelids before or after application to blend the band.

MAINTENANCE

Eyelashes should last 10-15 wears or more with proper care. When removing your eyelashes, use a Q-tip with water-based makeup remover to loosen up the glue on the lash band. NEVER pull off your eyelashes by the mink hairs, you can permanently damage them. Take a corner of the lash band and gently pull the false lashes off your eyelids. Use tweezers to remove large pieces of glue off the lash band, roughly peeling off the glue can result in damaging the mink lashes.

Always return your mink eyelashes in to the tray while you are not wearing them to retain curl and longevity of the product.
